Minimum Invoice
Assorting:
- An order for one shipment to one location can be assorted between sizes and distributor products to attain quantity discounts.
Prices:
- Prices subject to change without notice.
Warranty Policy:
- All first quality merchandise sold by J-Line Industries is warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship at time of purchase.
- J-Line Industries makes no warranty regarding product performance and assumes the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of the merchandise for its purpose.
- J-Line Industries specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability:
- Customers sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty is that J-Line Industries will replace, at its discretion, material proven to be defective.
- J-Line Industries is responsible for the cost of the material only and shall not be liable for any consequential damages including injury, loss, or damage, direct or indirect resulting from use of this merchandise.
